چکیده

Radionuclide bone scanning is the second most frequently performed radionuclide study in childhood. There are a wide variety of indications, many advantages, and few disadvantages. Functional as well as anatomical information is obtained.' Bone scanning is particularly valuable in the diagnosis of inflammatory conditions, trauma, and in the investigation of occult bone pain and vascular insult'`3 as well as malignant disease.
